To potential applicants:

On January 21, 2021the aforementioned Court issued an order appointing Robert A. Musiala, Jr. (“Receiver”) as receiver for Virgil Technologies LLC, Montgomery Technologies LLC, Virgil Quantitative Research LLC (fka Decibel18 LLC), Virgil Capital LLC, VQR Partners LLC, and the assets of Virgil Sigma Fund LP and VQR Multistrategy Fund LP ( with all Recoverable Property, as that term is defined in the Receiver Appointment Order, the “Receivership Situation”).

On August 8, 2022the Court has made a separate order (“Deadline Order”) setting a date after which claims and/or interest (collectively the “Claims”) filed against the Receiver Estate may be deemed untimely.

The purpose of this publication is to alert persons or entities who may have a Claim Against the Estate in Receivership that 11:59 p.m. Eastern time in effect on December 6, 2022 has been set as the deadline (“Deadline”) for filing all claims against the Receiver Estate.

Eligible applicants

You may be eligible to submit a claim if you (i) were employed by a Receiver Estate Entity, (ii) paid monies to Receiver Estate Entities for investment purposes (regardless of vehicle through which this investment was made), (iii) provided services and/or goods to entities within the receivership estate, or (iv) have other reason to believe that you may be entitled to a recovery of the estate under receivership.

Deadline to submit a complaint

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all Claimants and Potential Interest Holders who believe they are entitled to recovery from the Received Estate should file their Claim Form (and accompanying documentation) electronically through the Claims Portal. secure online claims from the receiver (https://www.bakerlaw.com/qin-receivership) so that it is actually submitted to the receiver at the latest

11:59 p.m. Eastern time in effect on December 6, 2022.

Claims submitted electronically or postmarked after the deadline will not be submitted on time and may be disregarded by the Receiver in its discretion.
